I got a call from a female at the law office. i forgot her name. She told me about a debt i fogot about from college. i told her i didnt have the funds to pay so she said i should borrow money and settle for a lesser amount. i thought she was crazy for asking to borrow money from my family. i soon got sued for the debt and now my dad has to help me pay for the whole thing. i had no idea i needed to pay this as soon as i did. i thought if i screened my calls they couldnt do anything. i guess it just made them mad. I am now looking for a new job and they are all checking my credit. my law suit is public record and i think this thing may be preventing me from finding a good job. maybe i'll just go dance for a living. it is so depressing.

get calls all the time and when i do not give them info they want the become VERY arrogant and insulting.

Collection agency calling regarding a neighbor--- like the neighbor needed help and this person needed to get back in touch with them about a personal matter. Tried to get info about the neighbor...Employment, family, wanted a message delivered to them. -DO NOT WANT INVOLVED. Agent would not give his name/company name. There needs to be limitations set on these agencies. They should not be allowed to harass other people--or-- the people they are trying to find.
